Is my credit card information safe?
Payment on my website is through the secure PayPal program.

Can I order not using PayPal?
Yes.  If you prefer to order using a check or money order please complete the Contact Page with the item number and I will return the email with instructions for payment.

How do you ship orders?
I ship all items within five days of order via USPS Registered Mail.  I will notify you by email at the time of shipping and provide the tracking number of your shipment.  If you need an item faster I can expedite shipping for an additional fee to cover the added shipping costs.

What happens if I receive a defective piece of jewelry? 
All sales are final unless jewelry is found to be defective within seven days of receipt.  In the case of a defective product please return immediately for repair.

What is your return policy?
 All sales are final.  No refunds are given.

Is it possible to exchange an item?
If you have received a piece of Henley jewelry as a gift and need to make an alteration or exchange, please contact us

Do you gift wrap?
Each jewelry item comes in a velvet drawstring bag.  Earrings are packaged in small satin bags.

What is the quality of the components used?
All of my items are handcrafted with top quality components.  I use 14k gold-filled components, sterling silver, Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls. Please see FAQ for an explanation of gold-filled.

What does gold-filled mean?
14k gold-filled is a layer of 14k gold mechanically bonded under heat and pressure to one or more surfaces of supporting base metal.  In the jewelry industry, the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product.  The finished product has a surface of gold which is very thick compared to gold plate or electroplate or vermeil.  Gold-filled items are considered to be lifetime products and the gold will not wear off, as it will in electroplated products.

Can I get a bracelet in a different size?

How do I know my bracelet size?
The easiest way is to measure a bracelet you already have that has a comfortable fit.  You can also measure your wrist with a string and add three quarters to an inch (the fit of a bracelet is a personal preference).  Over 90% of customers wear a 7½” bracelet.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes!  Just complete the Contact Page with your desired gift certificate amount and I will be in touch with you.

Do you take special orders?
Yes!  I love creating unique pieces for a special occasion or outfit.  I also take jewelry you may have that is outdated our damaged and will remake it to suit your current needs.  Please contact me and let’s talk!

Do you take wholesale orders?
Please contact me to discuss wholesale and consignment options for your store or your fundraiser.

Can I get custom made jewelry for my wedding?
Yes. It is wonderful way to create a unique look and provide gifts for members of your wedding party.  Please contact me for more information on designing a custom look for your special day.

Will you sell your jewelry for a fund raiser?
Here is a new twist on hosting a party.  Email invitations for an on line jewelry party to your list of friends and family and/or post on Facebook or Twitter.  Your cause will receive 10% of all sales to your guests of any item on the website for the dates of the party.  For more information, contact me

What is “Jewelry For a Cause”?
This is my way of giving back to the community.  I want to tie together what I love doing with making a difference.  The jewelry purchased under “Jewelry For a Cause” will spin off donations to each of the causes listed.  In the case of the “Hope and Awareness” bracelet the donation will go to the cause requested by the purchaser.

Will you participate in other types of fundraisers?
Absolutely!  I have sold my jewelry at fundraisers right along with the live auctions and silent auction items.  It is a good addition to fundraising options at an event.  A percentage of sales is donated to the fundraiser’s cause.  Please contact me
